• We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

  • In order to get an approval for return/exchange, simply send us email at info@sherpaleather.com
  • Mention your name, order number and email address which you used for placing the order. Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in best possible way.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 working days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually varying between $15 to $40, depending on the alteration required.
  • We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case. Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size on our website. If you have any question regarding size, please send us an email at “info@sherpaleather.com“.
  • Worn or altered items cannot be returned. Jackets should be inspected upon receipt. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item.
  • No refund/ return will be issued to the customer ordering more than one product at a single time. This is to ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. This is also to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.

European Union 14 day cooling off period.

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages (Defective Products)

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. 

For your responsibility (Customer Remorse)

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn’t need any more or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • A $29 restocking fee will be deducted in case of return.
